Christmas... and a cute brother

Christmas was really good this year. Dad & I worked on Christmas Eve and then we watched movies on our new TV. On Christmas morning, Chase came down into my room at 8 (yeah really early) and was so excited. So we made him wait through breakfast to go down to see what was under the tree. He got a remote control mini helicopter and was so excited! Santa brought me a popcorn popper and Harry Potter 6. I also got some cute clothes, Night at the Museum 2, a new jacket, and stuff for quilting. There was one gift in particular this year that really stood out to me. Chase got me a gift and told me to open the present before I opened the note. It was a little polished stone.
The note said: "This is a worry stone and when you rub it is supposed to take your mind off things. Legend says who ever has one has good fortune that is why I am giving it to you, I hope you like it."
It was so neat that Chase can realize that I do worry about a lot of things and that he wanted to do what he could to help me relax. He is an amazing brother!
Christmas day we just hung out watching movies and relaxing. In fact, I didn't even change out of my PJs! It was a great Christmas.

Christmas....so far

Our whole family has been fighting all sorts of bugs this month! Since graduation I have been trying to get better from what I already have and to avoid picking up anything else. Disinfecting spray, wipes and hand sanitizer have become my friends. My grades finally posted and it is official, I am a USU graduate, although I probably won't see my diploma for another month or so. On the 19th we had a little Christmas get together with the White side of the family. It was pretty fun to sit and play with my little cousin Brooklyn who is 8 months old. She is so cute! I got to feed her mixed veggies and she made such a mess showing off for everyone while she was eating! It was so fun! I have been enjoying my time without school way too much! I have been able to keep my bedroom clean (it hasn't been since August) and I have been getting rid of school stuff with a lot of joy that I don't need them anymore! Last night was the Andersen family Christmas party. It was busy for me! I helped Madison with the nativity and then played the piano for a couple of cousins and helped Kyler play Silent Night. Then we played bingo and it was a blast! I ended up with a couple of cups, a pitcher, and a graduation picture frame. I'm super excited for Christmas tomorrow too!

Graduation!!!!

I graduated from USU on Saturday! I received a B.S., in Family & Consumer Science. I had a huge support group that came to the spectrum, and also to a little luncheon. My roomies Anna & Meredee, My friend Heather, Chelsea, Connor, McKenna, Mom, Dad, Chase, Grandma & Grandpa Andersen, Nyla, and Mary Ann.

My parents put together a great little lunch with great food and cake! I really have awesome parents!Blaine, Grandma Griffiths, Mindy, Aunt Lyn, and McKenna's friend Kayla joined us for lunch! The day went very smoothly and even though it was a bit cold and we walked down to the spectrum, and I have a crowd issue, I handled it well and survived with a smile on my face!

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

Christmas time is in full swing! I woke up this morning and it was snowing!!!!! I don't like the snow, but I guess it is that time of year! Our apartment got an early Christmas! We got our house put back together and got new carpet! We love it!!!!!! We also rearranged the furniture in our front room and decorated for Christmas.
Last night was our company Christmas Party and we went to see "A North Pole Christmas" by Pickelville Playhouse. It was as funny as last year and we all got a good laugh. We all entered a raffle for a ipod shuffle, the winner was announced as part of the show and it was Nyla's husband, Lloyd! It was pretty funny and it was nice to have a relaxing night!
