We got our pictures done earlier this year than we have in the past. We hurried through it since Chase was on a special break from work and I was babysitting and had my cousin come to watch the baby I was babysitting while we did them. It was also a fun experience with Carson. I think they turned out really cute though! Here are some of my favorites.

I Have A Feeling...
So I have a feeling that this Holiday season with my Etsy shop is going to be my busiest! I'm only basing this off the fact that I have had 3 custom orders in the past couple of weeks and one of them is HUGE! I just completed 2 twin bedspreads, pillow shams and cases. I also did a patchwork toddler blanket. This huge order is just starting to get underway. It is for a friend that I made through Etsy. I will be doing 2 patchwork tree skirts, 3 patchwork blankets (throw size-ish), a baby blanket and 3 stockings! So if this is any indication, I think I will be busy this season! :)
I have been trying to find fun things to do with Carson to shake up our routine. Last week I taught him how to make cereal necklaces which he thought was awesome and he even asked me if we could do that all day, everyday. He liked making his, so he helped make me one. Then he proceeded to eat mine! Afterward he said, "Sorry I ate your necklace." and chuckled.
He really likes to make "birthday" cards with my washi tape and stickers too.
I'm still watching the twins and I LOVE it. They both like to be in my lap at the same time which I also LOVE! Here is a pic that Kenna took, please don't mind that I look really bad....
I LOVE getting pictures from my customers with my products! I just wanted to share some that I got this week. I did a custom nursery and she sent me pictures of it all put together. Then I did a custom toddler blanket and she sent a picture with her adorable baby on it.

Oh Carson!
Carson is so fun! He has really grown up and thinks things through really well. The newest things he likes to do with these pom pom balls I got him is to sort them by color or to line them up to create a huge caterpillar!
My Grandma had this Cabbage Patch baby at her house when I was growing up and I absolutely loved it! Carson decided to hold it so I could take a picture of him holding it. I thought it was neat. I am the oldest grandchild and he is the oldest great grandchild.
I got an email from Heather with updated pics of my other nephew. I guess I'm going to have to get myself back to Arizona, I miss him and Heather and he is growing up too fast!!

Busy...
I figured it was time to do an update. Since I got back from Arizona, I have been busy, both catching up from my vacation, but helping to cover other peoples' vacations. The week after I got back, Nyla had a vacation so I worked for her that week, which meant that I got a lot more hours in a shorter amount of days than I usually get, which also meant that I didn't have a lot of me or CutesieBee time when I got home. Did I mention that I don't like working at one job full-time, it makes me kind of cranky! I have been working on a custom order for 2 twin patchwork bedspreads, which I finished yesterday morning!
The weekend after I went to Arizona, Mom, Chelsea, McKenna and I went to Time Out for Women at Utah State. It was so nice not to travel and be in a spectrum with thousands of people and having to stay in a hotel.
Carson is so funny! The things that he gets concerned about is just comical. The other day my mom was downstairs and she heard Carson at the top of the stairs yelling for her. When she got to the bottom of the stairs, she saw him standing at the top of the stairs with a sock in each hand. He said, "Look Grandma. They're the same! They match!" He was so excited!
He also loves reading the books that I have made with Heritage Makers, his favorite is the one of me and him for the 1st 2 years of his life. Plus there are 2 copies, one for me and one for him, so we can read along together. He also has to try out everything in my room and any new things I get like this chair (I totally copied Heather & John) He also love stickers! He sticks them all over his arms, legs, feet and face!
Yesterday was a very productive sewing day and although I didn't get everything on my list done, I managed to get a lot done. I finished the twin bedspreads, did 2 toddler blankets, 3 baby blankets and 6 burp cloth sets. I wanted to get to baby bibs and the vest for my Halloween costume. After conference yesterday, McKenna, Chelsea, Carson and I got together for the evening at Chelsea's house. We usually do Ladies' night at Deseret Book, but since Mom wasn't here and McKenna couldn't get to Cache Valley until about 6:30, we just got dinner to go and ate at Chelsea's house. We played cards and watched "Christmas Mickey" movies on Netflix. That is what Carson really wanted to watch, so his awesome aunts and mom indulged him.

So besides sewing, I have been busy watching Carson as well as other children in the neighborhood. Right now I get to go watch these adorable 8 month old twins and their 2 1/2 year old sister once a week. I absolutely LOVE it!

I have also found an unexpected joy in working on a Halloween costume for this year. I haven't dressed up since I was like in 8th grade and it sounded like fun! I hope it turns out since I'm like my Dad in that if I'm going to do it, I'm going to nail it!
