Yesterday the Sky View Band competed at Utah State University. Their show this year is "Jekyl and Hyde" and me. my family and my friend Heather all went to watch. It was really cool and they did a good job! They took 3rd place and I think McKenna had fun. She really seems to enjoy being on the colorguard and doing rifle, she has also made a lot of friends in the band. I am looking forward to going to watch them at another band competition. Heather & I spent some time taking Chelsea to run some errands. She had her tonsils out on Thursday, and yesterday really wasn't her best day and she probably should have just stayed in bed! Later Saturday night, Heather and I were simply passing the time by playing SingStar on my playstation when there was a knock at the door. It was my neighbor Sky and he asked if he could join us. It was so funny. When he wasn't singing, he was doing a commentary on each song. We had loads of fun. It is usually just me & Heather playing because everyone else we ask to play thinks that it is embarassing to sing in front of people. Not Sky! I think we may do a SingStar party again!
