Finally, Something to Write About

Wow! I go from being not busy at all, to super busy and things are crazy. Since most of my projects at school are due before Thanksgiving break, this last week and I'm sure the next week and a half will be devoted to homework. School has been stressing me out, but with the help of the Lord, I am managing to still keep on top of things and I have been blessed with the energy to focus and get my stuff done. On Wednesday, one of my best friends came home from his mission. We have been friends since we were four and I was so excited to have him back in the valley. He called me at midnight on Wednesday night! Yeah so much for sleep!! Then on Thursday evening he came over to visit and was able to meet my roommate Meredee. Our neighbor Sky came over and invited Meredee to go on a walk over to the Temple with him. A few minutes after they left, Joseph and I decided to see if we could catch them on their way back. So then we walked over to the Temple. It was a beautiful night and it wasn't too terribly cold either. We actually kind of ran to the Temple and just as we were leaving, Meredee called. They had taken a different route back and our leaving resulted in her being locked out and having to wait for us to walk back.
On Friday morning I woke up and my right eye was so swollen that I could hardly see out of it. My roommate had strep in her eyes and was on an antibiotic, so since it was the start of the weekend, I went to the doctor. He diagnosed me with Orbital Celulitis. He said that it is really serious and put me on a ton of antibiotics. I am on a eye drop antibiotic and an oral antibiotic. I do have to count my blessings that even though something happened as far as my health is concerned (which usually happens when I am stressed) it has not stopped me from completing my homework and other tasks. On Friday night Joseph came over again and Anna, her friend Rachel, Meredee, Joseph, and I played Imaginiff. We had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. It is so good to have him home! And I have a couple of awesome younger siblings. McKenna has been helping me with a lot of my homework when I get stressed out. She comes over to my apartment and helps me get caught up! Chase is always looking out for me and trying to make me feel happy and awesome! I absolutely love them to death!!! Sorry this message is so long, I just had a lot to write about this time!!!
