The good and the hard

This last week has been crazy!!! It was finals and I had 2. I did good on one and not so good on the other. We have also been preparing for the pageant (which was yesterday). It was a crazy, but fun day. We were all there and got to interact with the girls as well as help any of them who wanted some pointers or practice. They are awesome girls! They all did so good and there were 10 contestants. There are 5 winners who reign equally and each get scholarship money. (Maybe some of you remember from when I was in it....) This year each girl got $1000!!! It was really cool to see some of the shy girls really work hard and portray themselves to the judges and the audience. It was an amazing set of girls and they worked really hard! Today was a bit of a difficult day for me as I had to send my two favorite roommates in the whole wide world home for the summer. Yes, they are coming back in the fall, but we have become such good friends that it is already quite and lonely around my apartment. Chelsea moved in tonight..... I'm still not sure about this..... but it is just not the same as having my fun friends/roommates here everyday. We went to dinner one last time and then we all went our separate ways. My way was to meet my parents and go to their adult session of stake conference. Elder Russell M. Nelson is here for their stake conference and we got to go hear an apostle of the Lord speak to us. My dad saved us great seats in the middle of the 5th row. I could really see their faces and hear their words. The spirit was so strong and the feelings so amazing! So all in all it has been a great week, but very hard!
