Good Times with the Family

Thursday was Chase's birthday! He turned 11 year old can you believe it? We had dinner at Mandarin Gardens as a family (well, except Chelsea and plus Heather). We laughed and had a great time! Chase's fortune cookie said that we would travel far and come into a fortune! Mine said that I would be rewarded for my patience and understanding which my dad informed me that I must show before I can be rewarded! :) Then we had cake which we put Magic candles on so Chase was a bit confused when they were sparking and wouldn't go out. We had to get creative wrapping his presents so they were wrapped in Mary Kay makeup boxes! He got money and twizzlers from my parents and candy and money from me and money from Chelsea. He really did come into a fortune! He is loaded now! I held my first 4-H club meetings on Thursday as well and I thought they went pretty good. The kids made Chocolate Chip Cookies! Yum!!
