I have been having a lot of fun with Berkley, Madison, Landen, Logan, and Zachery. I have been helping the girls make bags, blankets, and random stuff with fabric. McKenna has been helping them make some necklaces. We went to the 24th of July parade with Keri's family which the kids caught tons of candy at. My mom and dad went out of town for their anniversary so I also had Chase & McKenna for the weekend!
We also had our last 4-H which the girls made tote bags, Chase made PJ pants and then we all decorated cakes.
I think they all had fun decorating cakes, but they were all sick of frosting by the time the cakes were done! It was everywhere!
May I just say that I am so grateful for a father that can give me a blessing whenever I need it and thanks to family that are nearby that are around for me to talk to, rely on, and just spend time with. The Lord gives us trials in very strange ways and in fact, in Sunday School yesterday, we actually talked about trials and I think I understand it better now. I love my family and this gospel! Thanks to Deven & Keri and their kids too. This has been an interesting and great experience and I hope they are having fun in Europe!
