Over a year ago I began the project of scanning the family pictures. I got quite a bit done and then slacked off. Shutterfly had 50% off their 12x12 books this weekend and so I decided to scan all of MY pictures and make photo books of my childhood pictures. Today after I decorated 2 cakes and cupcakes for birthdays tomorrow, I scanned the rest of my pictures and spent the afternoon making the photo books.

Tonight McKenna, Chelsea, Mom, Carson, and me went to Sizzler for dinner after the afternoon session of conference and then went over to Deseret Book's Ladies' Night. We all got a free gift for being among the first 100 people there although none of us one in the drawing this year.
The announcement this morning at conference was amazing and so cool. Young men can now go on missions at 18 years old if they are out of high school and young women can now go at 19 years old. I think there will be a influx of young women going into the mission field with this news!
