I order things online ALL THE TIME, just ask my mom, as she puts it, "You get a package everyday!"
Today when I went to check the mail, there was a box from Amazon in the mailbox with my name on it. As I walked back up the driveway with it, I was wracking my mind trying to remember what I had bought from Amazon that hadn't arrived yet. I couldn't come up with anything. When I opened it, this is what I found.
My first thought was "What on Earth? I didn't order that! I haven't even heard of these!", but then I quickly remembered a conversation I had with an old roommate over Facebook. She had asked if I had red the book "City of Bones", I had told her that I hadn't and she said that I should and that it was awesome! I agreed to read it and then she said she would mail it to me. I, of course, expected her to mail me her copy or something which I would read and then send back, you know....Sisterhood of the traveling books or something. She went ahead and completely surprised me by sending me a new copy, and not just that, she sent me the whole trilogy! How awesome is she!?!
