Random Musings

As I have been trying to keep my mind off the obvious things in my life (most of which are just frustrating me), I have had some "time" to think about more RANDOM things.

SoMe of My WoNdErMeNtS

We all have them, the I wonders of life.

1. Sometimes I just don't understand why people don't understand that if they are polite and try to be pleasant, people will be more willing to help them, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
2. Why/How do people justify manipulating others or treating others poorly.
3. Why do people judge others so harshly, especially when they don't know the whole story or see the whole picture.
4. Why can't we all have discs like in TRON, so whenever something in our body stops working correctly, we can just immediately figure it out and solve it. None of this crappy guessing game!

A lot of these wonderments can kind of be a downer, but I was also thinking of some blessings in my life, which help to brighten the mood. I have found I have to focus on these blessings more & more to avoid breaking down.

1.I have some awesome friends! One of my friends has a booth at Health Days today and since I am working, she took my CutesieBee business cards and some of my products to the fair to show and possibly sell for me! I work with another of my friends and she is so patient to let me come in late (usually because I don't feel well) and is very flexible when I want to go do something (like seeing my new cousin who was 7 days old when I saw her).
2.My family is pretty supportive. I get to work with my dad, grandpa and a couple of uncles. My extended family is always checking up on me and trying to stay caught up with my life. My mother has gone to all of my doctor appointments with me and taken me for procedures. Kenna is always chatting with me and we make sure that we are a part of each others' lives. Chase is a pretty sensitive kid and is great at letting you know that he loves you. Dad is great to talk to, he is so wise (that pretty much covers it! :))
3. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!!!! I have a relationship with my Heavenly Father and can go to him in prayer for answers as well as comfort. I also get to live in a home where we have centered our lives around the gospel and get to continue to learn with and from each other. I also get the opportunity to go the temple, which is so BEAUTIFUL!
4. I have a great job and for the most part, work with people I like! If I didn't work at Ipaco, I probably wouldn't be able to hold a job right now. They are so flexible and understanding, not to mention that I love what I do.

Overall, I would say that I am pretty blessed, despite everything. I hope you didn't mind my random musings, it could have been a bit stranger............
