ADORNit

So some gals from Smithfield run a boutique and fabric shop called ADORNit. They also design their own fabric. My mom was talking to the owner and she had me come in to pick out fabric for my shop! I ended up walking out with 60 yards of fabric, and that was with great restraint. Now I am a busy sewing lady! I have a few things done:

This month I have also been teaching sewing classes to kids. I have a class on Tuesdays with 5 kids and one on Wednesdays with 3. They are a lot of fun. So far they have done throw pillows and pillowcases. Next up are the aprons! It has been pretty fun and life has become a bit crazy!

We had our annual Memorial Day breakfast at Willow Park. Carson was so much fun. We played on the swings, ran around in the grass, had pancakes, and went to the zoo. On our way back to the cars from the zoo, he was getting pretty tired, so Grandpa just carried him and then sat in his lap relaxing for a bit. He loves his "Bampa"
