I Love Being an Aunt

So one of my favorite things is to snuggle with my nephew. This week I found that this favorite pasttime of mine has now gotten 2 times better. 

I have spent a couple days this week snuggling with both boys and enjoying every second of it. I sure do love being an aunt and I love my nephews with all of my heart.

Carson is such an awesome big brother. Cody started screaming and Carson came over and said, "He needs his big brother." When Carson got close, Cody stopped crying and stared at him. Then Carson asked me to hand Cody to him. Carson sat on the floor next to me and held a crying, hungry newborn and was totally chill. He kept talking to him and was interpreting him to us. Cody would cry and Carson would say, he is hungry. Then he would cry again and Carson would say that he was asking for chicken nuggets. Of course when newborns get worked up, their arms and legs just flail and so Cody kept getting Carson's face. Carson so calmly and sweetly said, "Cody please don't hit my face." 

They are some sweet, adorable and much loved boys!
