Christmas Craft

Here is the Christmas craft I made this year. We will see if I do anything else, I would really like to make a table runner, we will just have to see how things play out!

It has been a pretty good week for me. Sunday I had a set back health-wise, but I was able to make it through church! I was worried about that. On Sunday, our dog did knock my sewing machine off the kitchen table....grrr. I managed to get through the tree skirt that was ordered and was planning on taking it in to be fixed on Tuesday. Well Monday before I fell asleep, I got a HUGE order! 2 blankets and 8 burp cloths. So I ended up doing those Tuesday night and took it in yesterday. I'm really hoping it can easily be fixed and to have my machine back soon. It has kind of become an extension of my body!
Tuesday I got to go to lunch with Mom, Carson, Kaela and her two younger kids. It was so great to just have some girl time and a great lunch at Paradise Cafe. I just LOVE Kaela and her family! We need to get together more often! I also got to go visiting teaching on Tuesday night. When I got there, she wasn't home yet and her husband seemed a little bit stressed since he needed to be at young men's, but was waiting for her to get home to look after their sweet 1 month old baby girl. I offered to watch her and wait. He seemed so surprised and so did she when she got home! :) Her sweet girl is just a doll! It was so fun to catch up and visit. I am so blessed to be able to call Sierra my friend!
Tomorrow Mom, Chelsea, Kenna, and me will be going to Salt Lake for Time out for Women. It will be a fun girls weekend!
I just had to share. Carson loves to wear my hats! This one is a favorite and although he didn't want me to take a picture of him wearing it, I managed to catch this before he took it off. I also have a picture of my other "nephew", Dakota wearing this hat!
