Fun Week Update

So it has been a while since I updated, not really because I have been super busy, but just doing other things.

On Presidents’ day, mom and Chase picked me up from work at noon and we headed to North Ogden to meet up with McKenna. We all went to Texas Roadhouse for lunch and then McKenna took us to this store called Gordmans. It is like a bigger, better ROSS. I still am not sure if I’m happy with her for taking us there. I spent $120!! Granted I did get a wool coat, 3 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shoes, a new water bottle and screen protectors for my iPad. We were there a lot longer than we had anticipated and since dad was home sick, we just relaxed all evening.

Last week I went and had my friend, Teresa do my nails. We tried something new and I LOVE THEM! She does such a great job and it is fun to talk to her while she does it. Mom and I went to a neighbor’s house to a Paparazzi jewelry party, which I got a new necklace, bracelet & ring. {Yes I think I have a spending problem.}

This Monday, Carson, mom and I went back to Ogden and got McKenna. Then we all went down to IKEA. We had lunch there and Carson did so good and ate all of his pasta. He kept trying the green beans, because he does like them, they just were different than what he was used to so he didn’t like them. Of course he got spoiled and walked out of there with a puppet and fish candy from me and some outside toys from grandma. Then we took him to Scheels where he got to see all of the deer, elk, moose, bears, skunks and more. He did really good there holding my hand so he didn’t have to sit in a cart. Then we headed back to Ogden and stopped at BDO and then went back to McKenna’s apartment so I could help her with her taxes before we headed home. Carson {who insisted he wasn’t tired} was out before we got on the freeway! Shiloh came over again on Monday night and we had cookies and ice cream. It was really fun!

Yesterday I went over to the DMV to renew my drivers’ license. I had scheduled an appointment, so I was in and out in 10 minutes! It was awesome! Then I went home and had a sandwich with Carson. We played for a bit, took a nap, and then because the weather was so good, we played outside for about an hour. Then I took him into Logan to meet his mom and the doctor’s
office for his 2 year old check up.
