My life has definitely gotten much busier since Carson was born. I am taking the last two cake decorating classes this month and while I was at my class last week, I got a text from mom saying that Chelsea was up at the hospital. That is when things got busy!
Last week at class I made a bow and a gerber daisy.
Saturday was filled with Chelsea, Connor, and Carson. Mom and I went and cleaned their house and put dinner in the crockpot and then went to hospital to see them. After that we ran a few errands for them and ended up back at the hospital and helped them get ready to go home. I took pictures of the nursery since I made the bedding and painted it. It turned out really cute!
On Sunday right after I got out of church I went over to hang out with Carson while Chelsea took a shower and Connor took a nap. We snuggled while watching a Shirley Temple movie. Then when I went home I helped Chase with homework and crashed. On Tuesday Chelsea and Carson stopped by work for a minute and I got to see him again. It felt like it had been forever since I had seen him. Then yesterday I had great plans to be productive, but when I got home and saw that Carson was there, I ended up curling up on the couch and snuggling with him for 2 hours!
After that, Dakota came over to help Chase get an assignment done. Chase had to plan activities, carry them out, and observe how Dakota reacted to them. It was pretty fun.
Tonight is my next cake decorating class and I'm looking forward to what I get to learn!
