Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!
It has been a wonderful Christmas season this year. Carson has been old enough to really enjoy what is going on and so it makes Christmas more magical for all of us too! We aren't the get up early crowd and never have been, we finally got out of bed at 9 once breakfast was done. Then we did presents and got ready. This year both McKenna and I got baby dolls. {We collect the animators edition of the Disney princesses} Our dolls got behind in the Christmas shipping rush, so we actually had notes and pictures of what was coming. I also got a new outfit, a "sidewinder", a princess coloring book, a copy of my dad's book of pictures and a new bobbin case. Belle is coming.... Chase had McKenna this year and wrapped her table in a brother sewing machine box and just put "from your....brother" and duct taped it shut.
This year we went to Chelsea & Connor's house for Christmas lunch. Carson was so excited to see us and show off all the fun new toys he got! He got a grocery store and cart, a baby, a broom and shovel and cars. After a wonderful meal of ham and potatoes, we opened presents with them. Carson got clothes from Grandma and Grandpa and will be getting a quilt once mom has it done. From Kenna, Chase and myself, he got a little construction hard hat and a "Bob the Builder" DVD. It was pretty fun! I also think that Chelsea liked the book I made her of pictures of her growing up.
It was a wonderful day and wonderful to spend time with our family! As Carson said, "Merry Mismas!" Lucky me, I don't have to work tomorrow so I get to spend the day with Kenna, Chelsea, Chase, Mom, and Carson since they also have the day off!

Since our Pocatello Christmas party was cancelled due to weather this year, Grandma and Grandpa Ted came to stop by for lunch on Monday. They gave Carson a police car that makes noise and when he opened the package, he covered his mouth and then stopped and screamed. He was sooo excited! It was wonderful to see them even if it was just for a little bit. It was sad to miss out seeing everyone else, but safety is more important.
